Since this past week was such a bust I've decided to do a challenge for myself!
1. Drink a gallon of water every day for an entire week
2. Exercise at least 3 days this week
3. Plan out my meals ahead of time
4. Eat more veggies!
5. Continue this challenge on to the next week

Good evening "T". I came from Allan's blog and glad I did. I have spent that last 20 minutes reading your blog and the first thing that sticks out is your determination. YEAH!!! for you. Do not let anyone get your down. Keep your spirits up and keep going on your life style change journey. I love your challenge 1, it sounds wonderful and all do able. You know, even I think setting some challenges like this would be good.
