Breakfast: 2 eggs (scrambled) 2 slices turkey bacon
Snack: 1 clemintine
Lunch: Naked chicken Parmesan (follow this link to see pictures and the get the recipe)
Snack: Pecans
Dinner: Home-made Cripsy crunch baked Fish Sticks (Recipe and Pictures below!)

Pre-heat your oven to 475. Cut tilapia into stick pieces ^^
Get two bowls. In the first bowl crack egg, lighty beaten, add a generous amount of salt and pepper ( I didn't add too much salt). In the secound bowl combine your breadcrumbs, garlic salt, and olive oil (mix well). ------------->
Dip tilapia pieces into the egg (shake off excess), then coat in the breadcrumbs

Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes (the recipe calls for 10-15mins @ 475 degrees but around 11-12 mins my breadcrumbs were starting to burn, so maybe try it at 425-450 degrees for 10-15mins otherwise keep at 475 just lower your time).
Dip tilapia pieces into the egg (shake off excess), then coat in the breadcrumbs

Take a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil, lighty spray the foil with cooking spray. Place coated tilapia pieces on sheet.

Enjoy!
